New academic session begins in early April every year. The school offers admission in class III to IX irrespective of social status, religion or nationality subject to the availability of seat, correlation of age and class to which admission is sought is an essential requirement.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in Aptitude Assessment Test (AAT) to be held in the month of February and March .
* The admission process involves a Registration cum Aptitude Test and completion of the related formalities as specified in subsequent paragraphs.
* The admission of a child will mean a complete acceptance by the parent/ guardian of all school rules as in force or as amended from time to time at the discretion of the school.
* The school fully reserves the right of admission and its decision in the matter is final and binding and cannot be questioned.
* The school reserve the right to change its admission procedure from time to time.

*  Registration forms along with the  prospectus for class I to XI are available in the school office and can be obtained  
   on any working day between 10:00AM to 2:00PM.

*  Parents may collect the registration form from the office counter by paying maximum  Rs.500/-. The registration
  fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and is valid only for the specified academic year. Registration for admissions
   areheld in the month of December , January and February at our school office.

*  Complete registration form should be sent by courier /speed post / by hand. Before sending please insure that
    your form should be arrived on the date of final submission. School will be not responsible for delay arrival of
    your form.

*  Post registration the applicant is required to appear in the AAT at the Ken Memorial School on specified date.
   The AAT assesses the Literacy, Numeracy and scientific skill of the candidate followed by the interactive session.

* Result of AAT should be uploaded on the school website as well as  notice board of the school .
