REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
ü Two recent passport size photographs of the student.
ü Duly filled registration form .
ü Self attested photo copy of  the students date of birth certificate.
ü Photo copy of Aadhar card.
               DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
       The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of reporting of the student in the school -
ü Date of Birth Certificate - Self attested  photocopy of date of birth certificate issued by the registrar of Birth and Death. Date of birth informed /submitted at the time of admission shall be final and No request for change of Birth date shall be entertained under any circumstances  by the school .

Misrepresentation  or falsification of date of birth will result in cancellation of admission forthwith.
ü Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate (Original)  -  Transfer Certificate from the school last attended, Issued by the Principal immediately prior to the student joining Ken Memorial School or Original Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by District Education Officer (DEO) on respect of students coming other recognized/private  school.
ü Mark sheet / Report Card ( Self attested copy) - The student is required to submit the Report Card / Mark sheet of previous class indicating promotion of the next class as well as proof of attendance for the previous year.
ü Passport  Size Photograph :- Six passport size photograph  of student, Two photograph of mother, father, and person authorized by the parents to meet their ward ( for identity card purpose ). The parents can obtain maximum five identity cards  from the school office for themselves and other member of family, who may be allowed to meet the student. Only authorized persons/identify card holders are allowed to meet the student in the school and take the student out for outward and homeward journey etc.
ü Agreement (Original) :- Agreement as per  the draft given by the school must be executed on Rs.10/- Non -judicial stamp paper between school and the parents . It will be signed in the school officer on the day of admission . No child will be admitted without producing the Agreement.
ü Migration  Certificate  ( Original ) ;- This is required for admission of class IX and XI in  case of  students  from  different State Board other than  CBSE.
ü Aadhar Card and Pan Card - Photocopy of students Aadhar card and Pan card of the parents.
ü Email Id and Contact Number :-  Email -Id and contact number with corresponding address must be written on the admission form . In case of change the contact number you should inform it to school .  No responsible of school in case of unreached  you.
              ADMISSION FORMALITIES
Students who make the grade for admission in Ken Memorial School must pay the first installment of the annual fee of the school and complete all admission formalities within 10 days after declaration of AAT result. If payment of the fee has not been made by the stipulated date ; the school reserves the right to withdraw the offer of admission.

Until the transfer certificate and other documents are not received by Ken Memorial School the students admission is considered as provisional.
